What's in the free plan?+
The whole product, up to 50 transactions a month: statement reading, AI categorization, cash reporting and budget planning. No credit card required.
What counts as a transaction?+
Every line that lands in your account — each row read from a statement, and each one you add by hand. The count covers your whole organization and resets each month.
Can I change plans?+
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated daily). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
How does cancellation work?+
One click. No refund applications. The subscription ends at the current period's end and your account reverts to the free plan. Your data stays.
Do I get an invoice?+
Yes. After each payment we issue an e-invoice to your company name and tax number. Your billing history is available in the dashboard.
Can my accountant join?+
On Team and above, yes — user count is unlimited, so bringing in your accountant doesn't change your bill. Free and Individual are single-user.
What's the difference between a Boost pack and a subscription?+
A Boost pack is a one-time batch of transactions added to your balance, used once you pass your monthly limit, and valid until depleted. A subscription renews monthly. For one busy month, a Boost pack can be more practical than moving up a plan.
